Garland Dental Labs needed an elegant way to articulate porcelain buildups
and prevent reuse of the device.
The articulator was designed with a detachable hinge and latticed lower
jaw which is infiltrated by the stone and breaks if the stone is removed.
The design was proofed via SLA prior to injection molding. Patented.
